Jennifer Hudson's Mom and Brother found dead

Food - Today I ran into some previous co-workers I hadn't seen in years. I ran into them in a delicatessen in Anoka that's owned by one of the women. Funny thing is, we all met and worked together in a delicatessen, along time ago. I felt as if we had "returned to the scene of the crime." We were paroled, so to speak, when the store went out of business.

I loved that job! It was a delicatessen and bakery combined. We made the pastas, salads, soups, pizzas, bars, donuts etc., and we were damn good at it too! I remember when I first started there, I said to one of the workers; "how do you not eat everything in sight?" And she replied; "Oh, you'll get sick of it after a while." Nope, didn't happen. How could I get sick of it when all you had to do was pick a different food to eat. There was so much variety that I never got tired of anything.

Walking into that deli today, brought back so many fond memories. As we reminisced we all agreed, those were the best times ever! We would close the deli and then head out to a club and go dancing. What? We needed a way to work off the food we consumed while we worked.

Dish - Jennifer was basking in the reviews of her newly released film: "The Secret Lives of Bees." Now, there is another kind of secret, a tragic one, that has unfolded. Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were found dead from gun shot wounds. The suspect, William Balfour, has been taken into custody. Her 7 year old nephew was kidnapped and her sister, Julia, has not been heard from. Is William Balfour the 7 year old father?

Embellish - Wanting to be someone you're not is a waste of the person you are.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIM!
