Just for a day....

Food - If I could choose a job I would love to do, what job would I choose? I'll give you a hint, it would involve huge mixers, kettles, molds, inspection stations, conveyor belts, large ovens, refrigerated tables and packaging machines. Can you guess my dream job?

Time's up. I would love to work in a plant that manufactures, you guessed it, food. Remember the candy scene from I Love Lucy? Oh, how I wanted to be her. I have always been fascinated by the way food is made. But now that there is a plethora of shows on The Food Network Channel, I watch them endlessly. One of my favorite shows is UNWRAPPED. The candy molds, the kettles, the huge mixers, the machine that puts the holes in the Twinkies to fill them, the wide conveyor belts, the packaging machines, the CHOCOLATE, etc. I think I died and went to food heaven!

What is your dream job?

Dish - Where's Meredith? There was something missing from the Stephanie and Meredith show yesterday. It was Meredith. No details were given, other than she was no longer going to be there, I'm sure we will never really know. I thought Meredith and Stephanie made a great team. They were opposite enough to explore all points of views, yet remained equally respected by their audience. Rebbers, a producer at FM107.1, filled in for Meredith today. Stephanie did a great job hosting the show without her "sidekick." She has been in the media business for a while and is well known in the industry, I have no doubt that she can handle this alone or until she gets a new co-host.
The proof is on the website, check it out: http://fm107.fm/stephaniehansen/index.shtml.

Meredith - we will miss you! Stephanie - You go girl!
